What You Need to Provide

To get you set up as an Independent Business Owner (IBO), we'll need the following documents and information. Gather these before reaching out.

Step 1

Personal Information

Mobile phone number

Personal email address

Social Security Number (SSN)

Unexpired Driver's License

Color photo — front AND back

All 4 corners must be clearly visible in the photo

Must be current and unexpired

Step 3

Second Form of Address Verification

Send ONE of the following — address must match your Driver's License:

Current lease agreement

Must include dates. Month-to-month leases are NOT accepted.

Current mortgage or deed of trust

Address must match the address on your form.

Current voter registration or vehicle registration card

Address must match.

Current home or vehicle insurance policy

Step 4

Last 2 Years Tax Returns

All pages included — complete returns only

Actual tax return — not a summary

Tax transcripts or summaries are not accepted.

Last 3 Months Personal Bank Statements

Most recent 3 consecutive monthly statements

All pages of each statement included

Must show your name and account number

Once you send us your documents, our team handles everything. Here's exactly what happens next — and what you can expect to earn.

Setup Process

Create Your Business Infrastructure

We create a Gmail account, set up an iPostal1.com virtual mailbox, and arrange a SIM card phone number to be used for bank account login codes.

Notarization & Postal Form

We send the required postal form for notarization — this can be completed online or in person at a UPS Store, bank branch, or similar location.

LLC Formation

We create one or two LLCs in your name (as the IBO owner), depending on whether the advertiser prefers one or two LLCs per IBO.

Bank Account Instructions

We send you clear, detailed instructions for opening the business bank account(s). A copy is also sent to you for reference.

Agreements via DocuSign

Two agreements are sent for your e-signature: one between you (the IBO's LLC) and the advertiser, and one between your LLC and our management LLC.

Package & Submit to Advertiser

We compile all your documents, LLC paperwork, and bank information into a zip file and send it to the advertiser. We then invoice for the one-time setup fee.

Credit Card Processing Accounts

The advertiser creates credit card processing account applications in the name of your LLC(s). You sign via DocuSign. Once approved, monthly payments begin.
